The new laptop works fine. I bumped the memory up to a gig of RAM the other night and all is good and just in the world. Note to self. No more shopping at Comp USA no matter how good the sale is. I had to go through 3 moronic employees just to get directed to the parts department. Coming from a customer service background I learned that when a customer asks for something you WALK them to where they wanna go. Don't point to your homeboy in front of the store and tell me that he's standing there behind his little pulpit thing to answer questions. No wonder the majority of their employees look like graduates of the short bus school.
